Most templates are built to look good, which is exactly what breaks them — columns, tables and text boxes are what an applicant-tracking screen cannot read.
“Does it include a cover letter?”
No, because Emirates does not take one at this stage. What it includes instead is the personal statement at the top of the CV, which is the part that is actually read.
