A rejection carries a six-month cooldown before you may apply again. That is the real deadline.
Get Hired
The stage that removes people who would have passed everything else.
Two hundred questions in the real format, timed, scored, unlimited retakes.
- 202 questions — grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, aviation terminology
- Timed mode runs one 15-minute clock across the whole paper, the way the real test does
- Unlimited retakes, and a retake is never the same paper in the same order
- A weak-area breakdown by topic, so you know what to work on rather than just a score

Five of the pieces above are published interviews, shown as they ran. The remaining card is a repost account that carried one — reach rather than an interview.
What is in it
i.
Two hundred-plus questions in the real format — grammar, vocabulary, comprehension
ii.
Timed to the real constraint, roughly thirty questions in about fifteen minutes
iii.
Scored immediately, with the explanation for every wrong answer
iv.
Unlimited retakes, and a record of which categories keep costing you marks
What you are probably thinking
“My English is fine.”
Probably. The stage does not remove people whose English is poor — it removes people who run out of clock, second-guess a question they knew, and never find out which it was.
“Can I not just practise free tests online?”
You can. They are not in the Emirates format, they are not timed the same way, and none of them tell you which topic you are weakest at.
Who it is for
Anyone with an Open Day booked, and anyone whose Readiness Score came back weakest on English.
Who it is not for
Anyone wanting general IELTS coaching. This is narrow on purpose.
What this does not do
It does not get you hired.
It does not get you hired, and passing here does not predict passing there. What it does is remove the two things that actually remove people at this stage: the format being unfamiliar, and the clock.
